Clinic > Invoices opens CW_BILLING through the menu (CW_NAV.OPEN_MODULE, OPEN_FORM). CW_BILLING's START_FORM finds no signed-in user and signs in the P_USER default, Front Desk One; the library data is shared, so Clinic > Home shows "Welcome, Front Desk One" and REFRESH_HOME disables the home page's Invoices button. CW_MAIN's menu was set up for the administrator, so Clinic > Invoices still works: it finds CW_BILLING open and goes to it with GO_FORM, and WHEN-FORM-NAVIGATE's LOAD_INVOICES sees the invoices already shown and does nothing.
